COMMON QUESTIONS

FAQs

What print options are available?

We offer loose prints on Canson Platine Fibre Rag fine art paper, TruLife® Acrylic prints, and ChromaLuxe® Metal prints, ready to hang or finished with a beautiful handmade Italian frame to give the most discerning collector a museum-quality piece.

What’s the difference between a Limited Edition and an Open Edition?

Our Limited Edition prints have been selectively curated as Collector’s items and are offered only in editions of 50.  These prints are digitally-signed with an edition number and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.  Once a Limited Edition has reached its edition capacity, it will not be reproduced again.  Open Editions allow anyone to enjoy our wildlife photography in a home or office and are available in a variety of smaller sizes and display options.  Open Editions are digitally signed and produced with the same attention to quality and detail as our Limited Editions.

Will my image contain a watermark?

Watermarks are used on our website digital images to protect our copyright.  Your purchased image will not have a watermark, but will be digitally signed just as a painter would sign a painting.  Limited Edition prints will also include the number in the series and a separate Certificate of Authenticity will be forwarded to the buyer.

Do you ship to Mars?

No, but we do offer free shipping to the continental U.S., as well as Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska.  Please contact us for an international shipping quote.

How long will it take my print to arrive?

Loose prints typically arrive within 1-2 weeks.  Metal, Acrylic, and framed images take a little longer.  You can expect your artwork to arrive within 4-6 weeks, barring any workroom delays, but sometimes it can be sooner.  Hooray!

Will my artwork be ready to hang?

Metal, Acrylic, and framed artwork arrive ready to hang.  We make careful decisions regarding the type of hanging mechanism based on the size and composition of the artwork ordered.  Loose prints arrive ready to be matted or framed in a style of your choice.

My shipping box appears damaged.  What should I do?

Our print partners take great care when packing your piece for shipping; however, on rare occasions, damage can occur during shipping.  If you believe your package has been damaged, accept the package, but carefully inspect the box and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.  Take sharp photos of all damage to the packaging.  Open the box and take photos of the interior packaging, making sure to note any damage to the printed artwork or frame.  For insurance and replacement purposes, retain all packing materials. Forward your photos to [email protected] for our review.  Please keep in mind that, without the above photos or steps taken, we cannot proceed to review your claim or replace your artwork.  If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
